The Process of Learning. Spiritual Teachings

The process of learning, is in truth, the process of experiencing, and what the spiritual science refers to, is that the living experience should try to, and should finally reach what can't be reached by any other method : A lasting peace, which, of course, will take us to a personal relationship with God, including in this whole dynamics, an elaborated improvement in our consciousness and in our conduct, towards all that exist in the universe.

So that, to learn is to initiate us, in the discernment of the conscious practice, of the method of spiritual awakening, discovering and recognizing the real needs that cover life expectancy.
Because, the aspects that are evident as love, service, surrender are not the only ones that are spiritual, but the elemental aspects are also spiritual, as the ones required in daily life : to love, to breath and to self develop in all the stages, including, of course, from the economic to the intimate things, because the spiritual life is like that. It is not something distant to look at, but is something of the daily living.
God exists here in this instant -sensible and profound,where our heart beats as well as all the hearts of our fellow men, and it is also here, in this now, where we live and solve all the necessary matters of the human social behavior and not only the behavior of man to man, but the behavior of the whole nature. And of course, this is the spiritual science since is the spirit himself who has to do with the most agile and at the same time, the most complex, with the most evident and the most hidden.
We are not in a world, that is in conflict with truth or with love. There is in fact a lot of chaos in our planet but we will not find the answers by traveling beyond the stars, neither by looking to be born or to embody, but on the contrary, we will find the answers, by living fully as when we are thirsty, even the last drop is important and in the same way, even the last gesture or expression of thought or feeling are important and necessary because, in the same way that a man takes care of his children and even an animal takes care of his litter, in the same way, the spirit can't be less and for this reason it will be said in the spiritual science that learning is the consciousness of the here and now.

True Friendship

People were searching for the most positive and collaborating person, in the town of this story; they wanted to find the model of good friend, meaning, not only who gives support in happiness and sadness but who promotes and wants the best. And with this purpose in mind, they placed big signs, and distributed pamphlets, saying: " Reward, we are searching for the True Friend "

The day of the event was set and -as expected, many persons came along with rivers of people bringing music bands, food, abundant gifts. Others, also came, making all kind of promises, some, even a little drunk, while others were talking about their own experiences. There was a great diversity, that seemed like a fair of give away and gifts. Three days passed and finally the turn came for a man, who was empty handed and wearing simple clothes,

- Where did you leave the gifts, the wine and other enjoyments? How do you dare to show yourself in front of us without anything to offer? he was asked, while they look at him contemptuously, as if he was fool or mad and he was requested to make the promise of bringing something and to offer his excuses.

-I knew about this competition but I did not mean to be part of it, since I only want to share part of this happiness, which would be enough for me, just to be able to see the joy in you, would fill me in a moment, and would make my day. But I understand that you were expecting other things that I can't give now, since I am a humble man of the fields, who watches you pass every day, and who is able to see your lives, somewhat, while wishing you all the best. My work is hard and my hands bleed at times, while working in the fields, but I can only think of offering the best to you. I did not bring anything. Your happiness makes me happy but I am leaving now, I do not want to bother you.

These words, somewhat, went into the hearts of all the persons who were there, who clearly understood, that they did not know the true meaning of Friendship. While that humble man did, since the true and real Friendship can't be bought or sold, can't be exalted, prostituted or spoiled. Friendship is like the flower of the fields: natural, spontaneous, sincere, true and humble.

And that day in that town, the true meaning of Friendship was discovered.

When We feel too Exhausted

When we feel too exhausted to continue on the spiritual path, let’s remember that the strength is not in us but in the Love that God has placed in us.
What could be more pure, sincere and more powerful than knowing than Divine Love is truthful and gives all for rescuing the thought, the spirit and the action of man, who, many times forgets the right step in the path of Truth but then, when he looks inside of himself and claims for the sun of justice, he starts to value the decision of the Creator.
Every man, every woman, every child is always called to be fullfilled, to rest, to resolve and leave behind death and sickness and this is possible, thanks to the Love who is alive.
Oh traveler, who have arrived here, to contemplate a small light. Be always a path. And then your heart will become -by Divine Grace- a worthy light of the ardent fire of the true God !

How to Cure a Broken Heart

I heard a fascinating story some time ago which is certainly symbolic but has so much truth that I would like to share it.
This story tells us about a very sick, sad and hurting heart that went to a Clinic of Hearts where he had to be hospitalized as a true emergency; and there he found other hearts suffering also of many diseases; some seemed completely broken, others were bleeding, others were crying. After some days, he was transferred to different sections, where he always found hurting hearts and in time he met many more.
He was happily surprised, when he found out that they all recovered by being taken care in a personal and careful way. And although many had been in crisis, they all finally healed.The medicine was miraculous since they all completely recovered in time. And this heart went to see the director of the clinic to congratulate and ask him since he had seen broken hearts and after the treatment they all completely healed.
What was the medication that was curing them all? These questions and concerns would get an answer.The director of the clinic was a strong and magnificent heart as were the others working in that clinic.
What is the medication given here that heals the broken hearts?
And that director of the clinic who was a worthy and strong heart, completely healthy said: “Besides determination and dedication, we also offer here a sure medication, since we have not lost not even a case. Come, let’s go to the laboratory and I’ll show the formula.”
They went and the director asked him to look through the microscope, saying: ” This is the formula that will heal all the broken and mistreated hearts, even the ones close to death.”
And that heart looked into the microscope and read a phrase, that was the secret key, the golden formula,which said: ” In order to cure a broken heart, it is only needed to believe in Love again.”

Spirituality in the Workplace

Q: What is your advice for spirituality in the workplace ?

A: Spirituality does not change because of place , situation , work , mood , climate , economy . Spirituality does not have time or place limits . Spirituality is the love and commitment towards truth and goodness . But this is only the beginning . We should not consider spirituality as a stop in the train route or whether to be or not to be spiritual at a certain place or time since the way , is all spiritual .

The Divine Presence of God

Q: The presence of Divine Love is experienced sometimes in our existence, while other times either we go away or the Presence goes away. How could we live with the Divine Presence of God without losing It, not even for a second?

A: The presence of Divine Love is constant because otherwise life would be completely unsustainable since life is the will of God. But, the persons have experiences that allow them to feel closer to peace, harmony and why not say it, to the inner spiritual life. This could seem as a coming and going but in truth is not the case.

If we judge by our feelings, is clear that the mind is variable and changing. That is the reason that we must not sustain the faith in experiences or sensations but in prayer, actions and faith. To consider that we move away or come near God, is similar to the thought that we are into the ocean and by some meters of difference, we feel closer or far away from the center of the ocean itself.
God is in every place. When we open our hearts, we recognize Him as the eternal, infinite and constant presence.

The Beautiful Hope. For Reflection

It happened that a great number of boats went sailing, navigating and navigating as wanting to touch the light of the universe. Suddenly, some gigantic clouds of frightful forms showed in the sky and began sending heavy thunderstorms to the boats.

The sea became agitated like ready to break, raising violent waves that hit the boats, bringing losses of life. The whole night went like that. And the next day, the sun awoke to a resplendent sea, not even a cloud could be seen in the sky, and the sun was imposing its presence. From that great numbers of boats only one was left, a very small boat, that is, small but big, since it could rescue many persons still alive .
And with a mixture of sadness and happiness, the boat went back to the shore and when it arrived, everybody was most surprised because they could not understand how anybody could have lived after that storm and sinister night of horror.

And one of them raised his voice and said: " I know the reason." And he was asked: " Tell us, what is the reason." And he said with an enthusiastic voice: " The answer lies in the same boat, look at the mast and read what its flag says."

And they looked and saw a victorious flag and they all read and after reading, they experienced great serenity. That flag had a prodigious name that said: " The Beautiful Hope "

What is Faith?

The man who walks with the eyes open, sees what he thinks is the reality but as the day darkens, he can't proceed. And if there was a faint brightness, he may fall down in the abyss if coming too close to a curve in the road.

Faith is more than a light. It is a guide in the path of eternity. Even more, it is Wisdom that opens the heart. Love that moves the hardest heart. Peace that renews and makes life possible. And especially, it is the Love present in every moment, that shelters, preserves, protects, nourishes and offers solidarity. It never discriminates but always accompanies, cries and laughs for us and in us.

Faith is not only a word, it is hope and life. It is a fulfilled promise and infinite tenderness. Faith is yesterday, today and always. When the man walks with Faith, although his eyes seem to be closed, he will reach his goal because God is taking him by the hand.

What We Must Never Forget. Short Inspirational Story

The young, strong man left, leaving everything behind. He had a goal in his heart, he wanted to discover, to find the largest strength, the greatest energy and with this purpose, le left for the mountain. His journey was long until he reached the foot of the mountain. And he told the mountain: " Reveal to me the secret of the great strength" And the mountain shook everything around as if she was shivering herself and said: " I don't know, I don't have that great power, keep up your search and when you find that power, please come back and tell me because I will be waiting to know that great truth."Then, he went on his search and had no better idea that to go to the sea and he said : " You, who have so much life, you who know many mysteries, reveal the secret to me. Where is the great power? Where is the incomparable strength? And the sea answered: " I have heard about this many times, but I couldn't answer because I don't have the answer but if you find it, please, come back and tell me."The man kept on his journey and this time he head towards a forest full of trees, flowers, fruits and animals. He walked and walked days and nights until he reached what seemed the center of the forest. And he asked in a loud voice: " I went to the mountain searching, also to the sea and I arrive here also asking that the secret of the greatest power be revealed to me." And the forest answered: " I would love to know more but I don't, but if you ever find it, please come back and tell me." The man then decided that he had to persist and he thought in his heart: " How can this be?"He, then, went to the desert, to the river, to the lagoon, but he did not find the answer. He waited for the darkest night and also for the clearest day and he asked the moon, the stars, lightning, thunder, the rain, the most intense heat, the coldest cold. And he was disappointed, very frustrated and he went on wandering until he reached a small village where something was happening, it was a funeral with so many people attending that he could not avoid to found himself in the middle of the funeral. People were showing a lot of appreciation, reverence and affection to the person who had passed away, who seemed to have been a modest, common, man, who had died at a very ripe old age.And he was thinking: " How did I get to this place?Then, a voice that seemed to come from everywhere said: " You have put a lot of effort and dedication but have looked for the answer in the wrong places, nothing of what you considered grandiose, have been able to give you an answer; you are now here surrounded by a crowd but your eyes, ears and heart are still closed. But look, this old man who seems insignificant and who is even dead, will give you the answer. Ask him." And the man thought: " Could it be that I am going crazy, I better find out."And he asked the deceased: Tell me, do you know the answer that I am looking for, tell me where is the great power, where is that strength?But, of course, the dead man could not answer. And the man kept insisting and asking him to the point that he was completely desperate requesting an answer. The persons who were attending the funeral intervened and told the man: " Let him rest in peace, let him dream in his new life since we have loved him very much and we will always love him." He then, completely disappointed asked them: " Who are you, who is this dead man? And he heard a little voice down his feet , it was somebody not older than three years old. And this voice said: We are and he is our greatest treasure because we are and will always be a family"Suddenly, the voice that seemed to come from everywhere clearly said: " This is the answer, this is the end of your journey, you don't have to ask more questions now."

The Purpose of the Universe. For Reflection.

The spiritual awakening is the realization of the eternal presence of God.
It may be that man thinks that things happen by chance that there is no order, that there is no primordial light and even that there are no objectives; but nothing could be far from truth.

The universe has an only purpose, which is, of being one with its Creator, but this unity does not mean that we will be as the Creator. But rather, that we will live from the grace of His fullness.

By example, when a person is just and honorable, the person is not the justice but she lives in unity with the justice.
When our heart, that is to say, when our intention of life is in harmony, respectful and in solidarity with all that exists, we will be awake, and not sleeping in ignorance, or dead to truth, but in the fullness of the conscience, we will enjoy freedom of the divine life, which is peace and complete happiness.

Contemplation. For Reflection.

Science, tries to understand your mysteries but don't find the explanation. It seems, to advance one step and to go back one thousand. With the only realization, that the universe, grows and grows, without end. Because, you are Lord God, the infinity without beginning and end.
All creation fits, into your hands. There is no explanation since it goes beyond reason. Your creation, does not follow any law but your will.
You create, out of Love, that is the reason, that science is like dust, in front of you, who are the Truth, the Light, Eternity itself. i contemplate You, in your infinity, with the humble devotion, of my poor heart.

Spiritual Questions. How to Nourish the Soul.

Q: How to Nourish our Soul during Difficult Times?

A: There is no difference between difficult or good times. The soul is always nourished of the love of God and its development is confronted in the practice of the daily living.

Difficulties are part of the journey, while in the sea of life, which are inevitable at times. But the human being does not separate or come near the truth, because of that.

The great changes and visions of consciousness do not happen on the outside. They happen in the more private world of the consciousness, where it is discovered how to appreciate the mysteries of creation, which have to totally do with the intention, with the work, the action and the reason, which means, the definition of good, true and justice.

All this emanates from the eternal and sacred presence of God, Which is always constant, in any time. He never varies. He is the perfect absolute. He is infinitely merciful. The understanding of the mystery of faith, allows us to be constantly nourished of His Presence. But not like predators devouring the prey. But rather by participating in His eternal call of Love.

Teaching. Learning. Sharing.

To teach is to learn. Every small or large knowledge is based on the effort of Giving and Receiving.If I share my bread, heaven will share its glory. If I share my dreams, Truth will share the supreme reality with me.
