True Friendship

People were searching for the most positive and collaborating person, in the town of this story; they wanted to find the model of good friend, meaning, not only who gives support in happiness and sadness but who promotes and wants the best. And with this purpose in mind, they placed big signs, and distributed pamphlets, saying: " Reward, we are searching for the True Friend "

The day of the event was set and -as expected, many persons came along with rivers of people bringing music bands, food, abundant gifts. Others, also came, making all kind of promises, some, even a little drunk, while others were talking about their own experiences. There was a great diversity, that seemed like a fair of give away and gifts. Three days passed and finally the turn came for a man, who was empty handed and wearing simple clothes,

- Where did you leave the gifts, the wine and other enjoyments? How do you dare to show yourself in front of us without anything to offer? he was asked, while they look at him contemptuously, as if he was fool or mad and he was requested to make the promise of bringing something and to offer his excuses.

-I knew about this competition but I did not mean to be part of it, since I only want to share part of this happiness, which would be enough for me, just to be able to see the joy in you, would fill me in a moment, and would make my day. But I understand that you were expecting other things that I can't give now, since I am a humble man of the fields, who watches you pass every day, and who is able to see your lives, somewhat, while wishing you all the best. My work is hard and my hands bleed at times, while working in the fields, but I can only think of offering the best to you. I did not bring anything. Your happiness makes me happy but I am leaving now, I do not want to bother you.

These words, somewhat, went into the hearts of all the persons who were there, who clearly understood, that they did not know the true meaning of Friendship. While that humble man did, since the true and real Friendship can't be bought or sold, can't be exalted, prostituted or spoiled. Friendship is like the flower of the fields: natural, spontaneous, sincere, true and humble.

And that day in that town, the true meaning of Friendship was discovered.

When We feel too Exhausted

When we feel too exhausted to continue on the spiritual path, let’s remember that the strength is not in us but in the Love that God has placed in us.
What could be more pure, sincere and more powerful than knowing than Divine Love is truthful and gives all for rescuing the thought, the spirit and the action of man, who, many times forgets the right step in the path of Truth but then, when he looks inside of himself and claims for the sun of justice, he starts to value the decision of the Creator.
Every man, every woman, every child is always called to be fullfilled, to rest, to resolve and leave behind death and sickness and this is possible, thanks to the Love who is alive.
Oh traveler, who have arrived here, to contemplate a small light. Be always a path. And then your heart will become -by Divine Grace- a worthy light of the ardent fire of the true God !

Gratefulness. The Path of Gratitude

There is an important art, which is very personal, great as science and deep as mystery. And is found always alert and is the path of gratitude. Every erudite and learned person becomes really noble, when he recognizes and surrenders, when he accepts and feels moved in front of life, in the largest discipline of the power of knowledge, because, it unites matter, mind and spirit, in one conception that crosses over the barrier of reason, exalting it until the shores of the beginning of creation, been this, as it is, torch of light in the darkness, crossing planes, dimensions, phantoms of desolation and ignorance.What makes man to love God, to love life, to love peace, and to love all the beings of the universe, is the power inspired in divine glory of been above all, grateful, and this will not be by words, but by works, which will make of the hands that edify and build, a true and powerful path, because it unites all people, all races, all species, recognizing and joining them in the sensitive and excellent, exquisite essence of truly been a noble being, by virtue of recognizing the work of life and creation, been as it is the greatest manifestation of the spirit…to be sincerely…grateful .

The Divine Presence of God

Q: The presence of Divine Love is experienced sometimes in our existence, while other times either we go away or the Presence goes away. How could we live with the Divine Presence of God without losing It, not even for a second?

A: The presence of Divine Love is constant because otherwise life would be completely unsustainable since life is the will of God. But, the persons have experiences that allow them to feel closer to peace, harmony and why not say it, to the inner spiritual life. This could seem as a coming and going but in truth is not the case.

If we judge by our feelings, is clear that the mind is variable and changing. That is the reason that we must not sustain the faith in experiences or sensations but in prayer, actions and faith. To consider that we move away or come near God, is similar to the thought that we are into the ocean and by some meters of difference, we feel closer or far away from the center of the ocean itself.
God is in every place. When we open our hearts, we recognize Him as the eternal, infinite and constant presence.

What is Love

For those who ask what is Love? They must know, in depth, that Love is a gift and of course, when this divine gift becomes human, it does not stop been divine but acquires some nuances and from purely spiritual attains a personal characteristic and then turns into a wonderful experience of understanding, surrender and maybe the answer of love.

But what is love? In the human form is tenderness, affection, sensibility, surrender and the sweetness that has the form of the loved one, for whom we feel attraction, passion, desire, respect, fidelity, surrender and many other attributes that we will never finish to mention. But they all evoke good, closeness and delicate attention.

Love is expression of wisdom, nobility, understanding, tenderness and surrender. Love is even sacrifice, perseverance, effort and some times is pain, but love above everything is altruist, genuine, pure and selfless.

When the one who loves tells the loved one : "I love You" is because the love has stopped been one or the other and has reached the equilibrium where two beings unite by grace, by that mystery, by that exquisite sensibility who also is tenderness.

Love is like that, the most extraordinary force of delicate surrender for your whole life.

The Meaning of Life

Much has been written about this subject and probably more will be. The purpose of life is unquestionable and has to do with the origin and with the meaning of life per se. We must live life as beings who feel, think and have emotions by themselves and not because others give us information, that may be very good and excellent but the fact is that we must reach the experience of living by ourselves, not by concepts but rather, by our own experiences. This of course does not offend since is necessary to be, in order to continue been. It is not as if we were born from a factory, just perfect and without mistakes, since this is not possible. Let's be realistic and let's not cast a shadow over our consciousness. Let's make a worthy scenario out of the consciousness, where we have true, vital participation. Let's have shared in common and creative interests, where the noble aspirations, mature in the context of a free opinion in order to approach seriously and with responsibility, the great diversity of subjects that life brings to us, almost every day.Man, must be generous and cooperative and well instructed in the art of navigating by his own and other doctrines. Nevertheless, life must be taken with great happiness and gratitude, so that we give back those same feelings. Life gives us so much that we must also participate in that universal communion, which is life. And also, to have many good intentions for everyone, sustained in the art of peace. There is no glory in violence, or in conflict. The sensation of control and government by the power of violence is a fleeting esteem that will never obtain real happiness and will tie man to look for a greater glory, a more important promise, and then man will condemn himself to look for what he will not be able to find, and he will keep sacrificing more and more his own life and the lives of his loved ones. Instead of having and promoting peace, he will have a constant thirst of glory, which will take him to death and destruction. Only, when we are conscious that the purpose of life is to grow and to develop in Peace, we will realize that the Love of God is so vast and so noble, that wants for us to have Love and Peace. To try to reach for the stars is to venture into crisis in which we will find self-destruction. To accept our limits is not to limit us, but is to live in accordance with reality. The goal of man is Peace and in that Peace to have gratitude to his Creator. And a simple explanation is that man may have everything but without Peace, he will never enjoy not even the smallest experience of this great all.

Trust. The Foundation of the Inner and Outer Peace

Trust is the foundation of our unfolding as human beings. This means to build our consciousness with the highest values of dignity and respect for everyone and also means, self esteem and self respect. Trust is an inner force, which we are able to live and to transmit when our heart does not know deceit since to be real and true, is of great importance in the spiritual path and is the foundation of the inner and outer peace. To be able to realize and live in a world of peace and prosperity, is essential to protect our mind and heart, acting in the right and fair way. This, will increase our faith and the heart will start vibrating with the purpose of Love. And trust will flow, filling us with Love for everyone. Let's cultivate the purity of heart and action, since this is true spirituality.

How to overcome our limitations and find strength

The spiritual life is integral and sustains, cures, modifies and improves all the areas of the human being. For this to happen, of course, is necessary to dedicate time and attention, in order to have the optimal and most appropriate resources, to overcome and transform every type and grade of limitation, that is to say:
The lack of knowledge is a limitation. The misinformation is a limitation. The excesses are limitations. The deficiency is a limitation. The lack of purpose is a limitation. The lack of interest is a limitation. The lack of responsibility is a limitation. The lack of humility is a limitation.

And thus, we can find many forms of negation and each one will have to do with the knowledge and applied use.
It is easy to become enthusiastic in both opposites and to tire out or to lose confidence and stability and not to have self understanding. Confusing, then, the priorities and to walk in life as a disoriented person. Even worse, as a person who lives in negation of himself and his actions.
The limitations cover many aspects. and are like a plague that comes to society and becomes a center of destruction. Mainly, when the limitations belong to the psycho-emotional health, by example, people who use drugs. These persons, self limit themselves, creating dependency. In addition, they have lost hope and they live locked up in the limits of passion, vanity and pride.
In order to overcome the limits, man needs to revive his spiritual values. The key is found in having confidence and friendship towards what is good and healthy. And to do this as a discipline of life, not like a load, but like a practical doctrine, in which he works to make specific, direct, and immediate goals, in order not to feel alone or abandoned. Also, to make future goals where he will reach success and achievement, that will bring mental sanity.

The only limits of man, are found when he does not know: Love, charity, surrender, and service. But when these virtues of life, are applied, man retakes life and leaves beyond distrust, getting stronger every day in a spiritual path of peace and progress.
In God, we find our strength. And in the heart of man, the possibility of reaching it.

Happiness. The Glory of Life

You are a delicate flower, too charming, too seductive. And it happens that in your own glory people also find their misfortune, because you are so dear and so wished for, and the one who has you rarely respects you. I want everybody to know that the best way of reaching you is not coming too close to you, it is to understand you with a lot of care. And to know that when you appear, you also disappear; because you are like the light of the day. But those who are not conscious will believe that you belong to them, and then, they will not hesitate to hurt you, they even can go so far as killing you.

If all the wealth of the world was put together in a very large well, it would be as nothing, without you.

But, who does understand you? Almost nobody does. That is the reason that they don't know that you shine more than the sun and the stars but then, the next day is impossible to find you. You are the measurement of greatness and littleness of all, because you show who has a noble heart and who is despicable in his inner world. You are so sweet, delicate but vast, at the same time; you are the glory of life and thus, an unreachable destiny for many: Happiness.

How to Overcome Depression.

The Spiritual Teachings, always are wellsprings, that bring consolation, recognition, serenity, moderation and peace. They are not a prescription or pretend to replace medical help and special attention, but they truly are capable of contributing something extraordinary and wonderful, that all the sciences of the world, have not been able to know, understand and appreciate.
And this is, because they have wisdom which is greater than all sciences. Wisdom which also knows all arts, all foundations and principles of life. And this spiritual science, knows that man is more than what the senses reveal. Man is not only flesh and bones, thoughts and feelings. Man has a spiritual foundation, an extraordinary and wonderful worth, and this is because he has inner light, which truly shines more than the sun. This light will help us ,with certainty, to overcome any depression, no matter how dark can be, since in the depth of man, the Love of God lives. Depression may pretend to suffocate or burn us with its scorching embrace, but there is a superior Love, who can rescue us.
The path, always is prayer, and here we will always find refuge, serenity and transformation. And what was hurting, will not hurt that much, because there is an inner foundation, who always rescues and brings inner peace.
Even though, man may be facing paths of desperation and chaos, if he really wants to change, with sincerity and with all his heart, then, God will not abandon him, on the contrary, God will exalt him and will bring him out of the fog and will nourish him with His presence. God will strengthen him and will bring light to his life, peace to his heart and will make him prosper, because God is true and is very certain that every one who looks for God and knows Him will overcome the obstacle, the confusion and depression. God is true. He is peace, joy and Love.
Keep this in your heart and live in the name of God. And your life will be as a garden full of flowers, where you have banished and transcended depression.
